Our Facilities :

  • 1

Injection Moulding: Injection Moulding involves heating the raw material in a barrel which is forced into a mould cavity where it cools to the configuration of the cavity. This results in precise moulding, and is used to make caps, plugs, lids and closures.

  • 2

Injection Blow Moulding Injection: Blow Moulding involves injection moulding onto a core pin and this core pin is rotated into a blowing station wherein it is inflated and cooled to get the finished product. This process is better suited to bottles of a smaller capacity and can be used for narrow or wide mouth bottles.

  • 3

Extrusion Blow Moulding: Extrusion Blow Moulding involves extruding molten plastic into a hollow tube called a parison which is captured by a closing metal mould. Air is then blown into a parison inflating it into the shape of the mould. This process can be run continuously or intermittently.

  • 4

Wad fitting and ring Assembly: In situ assembly of wads on caps and rings for pilfer proof caps and CRC caps helps us reduce our process time and manage the quality of the finished goods better. This also provides our partners with the flexibility while deciding their orders.

  • 5

Heat transfer Labelling: Heat transfer provides a seamless, aesthetic, “no-label” look while offering virtual 360 degree aplication. Hot stamping / Heat Transfer is a simple and pollution free dry printing process in which the colour pigment or metallic layer is transferred from a continuous spool of film to the object which has to be decorated

  • 6

Shrink Sleeving: Not just for labelling purposes, a shrink sleeving machine also helps to protect products and keep out light, while providing the perfect customer-facing packaging.

  • 7

Mould labelling: In mould Labelling turns labels into a non detachable part of injection moulded packaging. No coming off at edges or corners, no shifting, no slipping,no damage within the label. The finish is abrasion proof ,the appearance is characterized by bright colours and clear finish.

  • 8

Pad printing: Pad printing is a unique printing process used for transferring 2-D images onto 3-D objects.

  • 9

Screen printing: In the screen printing process, the ink passes through part of the mesh of the screen and then leaks onto the substrate. Screen printing makes it possible to print on the substrates with various shapes and sizes. Many kinds of ink are available including metallic and fluorescent inks.
